The Home Health Aide is responsible for providing direct Member care, treating Members with dignity and respect and assisting Members to attain the highest quality of life. Maintenance Technician

We are seeking dedicated team members committed to the highest standards of excellence to join our Facilities department.

The Maintenance technician is responsible for general maintenance functions across the community. These functions are conducted under supervisor direction and include the preventive maintenance (PM), routine servicing, repairs, and modifications of building/grounds components and equipment. Any of the following skill sets are a plus: Carpentry, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.

Driver

We are seeking dedicated team members committed to the highest standards of excellence to join our Facilities department.

The Driver is responsible for the timely and safe transporting of Independent Living members and Rosewood (RW) Health Center residents to various individual and group activities.

This employee must be courteous, friendly and helpful with members and residents at all times.

For bus transport duties, you must possess a valid Commercial Drivers license (CDLP) in the State and have a good driving record.

Director of Facilities

The Director of Facilities, in accordance with established policies and procedures, is responsible for overseeing the care and maintenance of all aspects of the physical plant; including maintaining an effective preventative maintenance program; the hiring, training and supervising of all plant personnel; the coordinating of life safety and security programs; the procuring of supplies, material and equipment, and assisting with budget preparation and operating within budgetary guidelines. All duties are performed in compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and local ordinances.

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Technical knowledge and a minimum of five years experience in all aspects of facility operations/maintenance (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, general maintenance, emergency generators, domestic water systems, etc.).
•Experience with low voltage systems; preventative maintenance software programs and asset replacement.
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required.
•High School education required with thorough knowledge of plant operations and engineering. Bachelor degree in engineering or related field preferred.
•Minimum of three years supervisory experience with a track record of leadership and team development. Experience and ability to prepare and manage budgets.
•Ability to read, and interpret general business periodicals, or governmental regulations. Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
•Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
•Previous experience in the health care field and/or with an elderly population preferred. Knowledge of Security and Life Safety programs and MSDS training also preferred.
•Valid and active Driver license issued from any State and a good driving record
•Successful completion of Cypress of Raleigh golf cart training.
