Setting The Cypress of Raleigh Apart
The Rosewood Health Center is our on-site Medicare-certified skilled nursing center and provides exceptional nursing and memory care, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additionally, Members can work with the Rosewood Team to arrange for shorter term rehabilitation services if needed for recovery after a surgery or illness.
Skilled Nursing
Skilled nursing is designed to provide all necessary services to those who do not require hospitalization but are chronically ill or need continuous care. It provides 24-hour supervision and treatment by licensed medical personnel.

The caring, qualified team at The Rosewood Health Center includes a medical director, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical therapists, nutritionists, and social workers. Should Members require dementia-related services, we have designed a private wing specifically for memory care. Offered alongside memory care services are deluxe suites, private and semi-private rooms, dining, and a full range of additional supportive activities.
