No matter what you want to accomplish, our robust CORE Wellness program can guide you.
Whether you want to exercise five times a week or you’re new to regular exercise, our Wellness Coordinator will design an exercise program for any person at any level.

There are four main spaces for fitness: CORE Wellness Room, Cardio Room, Pool and Spa, and walking trails around the lakes.
The CORE Wellness Room hosts group classes, from circuits to tai chi, training Members in strength, breathing, balance, and agility. Classes include:
• Balance and Strength
• Cardio Circuit
• Water Walking and Range of Motion
• Tai Chi
• Exercise Comes Home
The Cardio Room offers treadmills, NuSteps, stair steppers, and space for core work. The swimming pool has a lane dedicated to lap swimming, and our Wellness Coordinator leads a pool class each day.
For some fresh air, walk a few laps around the lakes on our well-manicured paths.
If you prefer individual exercise, try a few sessions with a Healthtrax athletic trainer in the convenience of the Clubhouse fitness center, just steps from your home.
