Tom Ford joined The Cypress of Raleigh as its Executive Director in December of 2022. Mr. Ford has worked in the Raleigh area for over thirty years and has extensive experience in the senior living industry. He is a licensed Nursing Home and Assisted Living Administrator. Most recently, Mr. Ford served as the Executive Director of The Cardinal at North Hills for approximately six years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Care Management from Appalachian State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from North Carolina State University.
